What you'll do
- Perform maintenance and repair work with HVAC systems
- Manage work assignments and produce and maintain records, work logs and reports
- Work 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with occasional evenings and weekends for emergencies
What it takes
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree or technical school certification preferred
- Experience in HVAC or related field
- Knowledge of OSHA Standards
- Valid NC motor vehicle operator's license
What's preferred
- Type I, II and III chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification
- Experience with computerized maintenance management software, i.e. MAXIMO
- MasterCraftsman and Technical Specialist positions will require additional years of experience, certifications and licenses
